A little bit of everywhere in Virginia

I grew up in Gloucester and spent most of my life in Hampton Roads. Then came Fredericksburg, where I got a taste of Northern Virginia life, then I relocated to Richmond for work. Petersburg's charm is what finally won me over, and it's home now.

Living in that many corners of this state means I can tell you how a town actually feels on a Tuesday, not just what the listing says.

Becoming a mom changed how I see home

It's not the square footage. It's whether there's a safe spot for little ones to play, whether the payment lets you sleep at night, and whether your family can grow there for years.

I also know what it's like to tour homes with a baby on your hip and squeeze closings between naps. I'll work around your life, not the other way around.
